    • Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Once a service is purchased, work begins immediately, and it is considered delivered. Please review our services thoroughly before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs.
    • Service Initiation: By purchasing, you agree that the service begins immediately upon receipt of your order and payment.
  3. Service Guarantees

    • No Guarantee of Employment: We provide the best tools and services to enhance your job search; however, securing a job or landing interviews cannot be guaranteed. The job search process depends on many factors outside our control.
    • Job Search Timeline: While we estimate that a successful job search typically takes 2-4 weeks, this timeline can vary based on individual circumstances.
  4. UAE Win-Win Success Guarantee

    • Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to clients who purchase the LinkedIn Optimization or CV Revamp services.

    • Application Requirement: Clients must apply to 10-15 relevant jobs per week over a 30-day period within the UAE. Applications must align with the client’s skills and qualifications, as advised during consultations.

    • Proof of Applications: Clients must provide proof of job applications (e.g., screenshots, confirmation emails, or a tracking document).

    • Following Recommendations: Clients must implement the suggested strategies, including resume updates and LinkedIn adjustments.

    • Free Follow-Up Session: If no interview invitations are received after meeting all conditions, clients are eligible for one free follow-up session to refine their materials. This session must be scheduled within 14 days after the 30-day application period.

    • Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover applications made outside the UAE or roles not matching the client’s qualifications. No refunds are provided under this guarantee.

    • Resolution Process: We aim to address any concerns promptly. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at contact@jobsearchmastery.me with a detailed description of the problem. If the issue is not resolved through email, we will arrange a phone call to discuss the matter further.
  6. Business Hours

    • Operating Hours: We are available from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. While we aim to respond to all queries quickly, please allow up to 72 hours during peak times for a comprehensive response.
  7. Services

    • Adjustments and Revisions: We strive to deliver the best products. If you are not satisfied with your resume or LinkedIn profile, you can request adjustments. However, post-service updates (e.g., after securing a job) require purchasing a new service.
    • Service Timelines: Our services are designed to be completed within the provided timelines. However, these timelines may vary based on workload and complexity.

    • Active Participation: Our services are designed to complement your job search efforts. You are responsible for actively engaging in the process.
    • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information to ensure the effectiveness of our services.
  11. Intellectual Property

    • Ownership: All materials produced by Job Search Mastery, including resumes and LinkedIn profiles, are the client’s property after delivery. You may modify them as you see fit.
    • Modifications: Any changes you make to the materials are your responsibility. We recommend consulting us for major changes to ensure the effectiveness of the documents.
